Recently, one of our customers found themselves in a difficult position after being let down by another supplier. They urgently needed laser-cut parts to keep their project moving and avoid disruption to their own operations.
After receiving the enquiry, our Laser Services team quickly reviewed the requirement, adjusted plans where possible and worked together to ensure the parts were processed and delivered back to the customer within 24 hours.
